Draft: Update payroll page to be more inclusive

Why is this change being made?

By having the wording "non-us" it is "othering" team members that work globally.

As much as possible, the wording on these pages should not exhibit a bias or 'default' to team members in a particular region.

Next steps before merging

If these updates are approved, IT will need to create another email box globalpayroll@gitlab.com, and the existing email box nonuspayroll should be forwarded to globalpayroll@gitlab.com to avoid any lost emails.
