Update crosslinks to MR approvals page(s)
Why is this change being made?
In gitlab-org/gitlab!60447 (merged) I split the merge request approvals documentation apart, and shortened the URL. This MR updates inbound links to those changed-and-split-apart pages. cc @danielgruesso, no action required; this merge request cleans up the www-gitlab-com
repo. It can be reviewed / approved by a TW.
Related to gitlab-org/gitlab#324948 (closed) which captures the full scope of the work.
