DRAFT: Create Testing in Production Category

Overview

Validating a change in a true production environment is becoming more and more common as teams mature in their DevOps transformation. GitLab has a unique opportunity to bring together testing, release and monitor into a single solution for teams looking to validate changes better, faster, and more reliably than stitching together point solutions. This creates the category for that opportunity.

Proposal

Add a Production Testing Category that enables testing workflows for partial rollouts

Approvals

Merge requests with changes to stages and groups and significant changes to categories need to be created, approved, and/or merged by each of the below:
