Install GitLab Page - Update text description on header

Why is this change being made?

Todd Bar requested this change because the text description on the Install GitLab page does not match with the headline. We decided that we need a Free Trial 'ad' at the top.

The previous text is now moved under the Linux Package recommendation for those who are actually trying to install.

Currently, we are using our Slippers UI heading version.
