Why is this change being made?

  • Remove Narrow in MR Rate for all Engineering Departments
  • Beautification for consistency in text definitions
  • Clean up link verbosity, urls only in urls: section for cleanliness
  • Link to SSoT for MR Rate Definition in all PIs
