Add lab to cli client list

We switched over to GitLab from GitHub at work and I had already become a heavy hub user https://github.com/github/hub -- After evaluating the available options I found myself unable to get a comparable experience or in some cases even setup the alternatives. From this lab was born, it takes a similar approach to hub when wrapping git and leverages the xanzy GoLang GitLab API. Its become fairly popular around my work and we're happy to add more features as desired.
