Add note that to show free tier "core" must be used in data files

Farnoosh Seifoddini requested to merge fseifoddini-master-patch-01485 into master

Why is this change being made?

We need to clarify that data files references need to say "core" in order to show the FREE tier on the frontend. This is a recent change and often miss by PMs and TW reviewers during the release post. This known issue is not likely to get fixed in the near future.
