Update demo systems handbook pages SEO metadata

Why is this change being made?

As part of inbound-marketing&251 Fixing Errors in the Handbook, the Demo Systems handbook pages were listed as having some website health issues. This was originally tracked in demo-systems#84.

This MR fixes the missing metadata descriptions and broken links.
