Add Customer Success education and enablement handbook pages
Why is this change being made?
There is not a centralized index/library of resources that Customer Success team members can use to get up to speed on our product or quickly find documentation or resources for a specific topic or feature.
As part of our continuous learning initiative for Solution Architects and iteration value, we are adding a centralized page that can be iterated by any team member as additional resources are discovered.
