Why is this change being made?

Per feedback receive from @sytses point 17 is important and hidden in a long list as item 17. This MR expands on the topic and moves the content into its own section.

  • "Do use Community Edition, CE, Enterprise Edition and EE to refer to our software distributions. " => Multiple times per month people use CE and EE to refer to tiers or code licenses (MIT vs. proprietary). We need to have a clear section about this, instead of making it item 17 in a long list.

What we did in this MR:

Reorganized the long bulleted list into smaller, more consumable, sections that can be individually linked to. We then updated inbound links to this page to use the new anchors.
