Redirect Gitflow blog posts to topics page:
- Redirected /blog/2016/07/27/the-11-rules-of-gitlab-flow to /topics/version-control/what-are-gitlab-flow-best-practices/
- Redirected /blog/2016/10/25/gitlab-workflow-an-overview to /topics/version-control/what-is-gitlab-workflow/
- Updated all internal links to reflect the URL change
