pricing overflow via slack ycombinator feedback

Why is this change being made?

Updating per slack feedback from a ycombinator thread.

Applies to https://about.gitlab.com/pricing/

Problem statement:

The scrollable area is causing issues. The usability would improve if the area was either scrollable or view-more, but not both, and not with multiple scrollbars.

As an addendum, I feel that the "view more" button could be phrased more explicitly like "compare more features"
