Improve Submit Feedback Page with info about beta test program and docs feedback

Why is this change being made?

We have a marketing page about how to submit feedback but it's currently missing information about how to report errors or improvements to our docs. It's also missing information about our beta testing, or at least, it doesn't explicitly mention it.

This MR fixes both issues.
