Draft: add message about using personal laptop on first day

Why is this change being made?

We would like to add in a message that new team members can use their personal laptops if they do not have their laptop on day 1. Because this is an issue that keeps coming up, we would like to put some info around it in the handbook.

If your team can add in information regarding what a new hire can and can not do on their personal computer that would be great as far as what needs to be downloaded and what should wait.
