Clean up Monitor Direction page

Why is this change being made?

We are shifting APM strategy based on APM Lessons Learned and Go Forward Strategy. This MR cleans up the Monitor direction page as it has gotten quite big and complex and hard to read. Following this MR, we should add content that makes clear directly our direction to move away from the existing metrics/tracing and potentially logging features.
