Why is this change being made?

I added meta descriptions to the community-advocacy/workflows release-duties, stackoverflow, inactive, reddit, devops-tools, and website-comments pages.

I also fixed an erroneous deletion of the meta description of the Givelab page that I wrote a while earlier.
