removed non-approved categories for product intelligence

Removing categories from Product Intelligence due to :

• "typically categories are used for things that customers would interact with"
• Current categories were not previously approved
• Post Dec "off site" we will propose categories that drive our overall long term vision

Approvals

Merge requests with changes to stages and groups and significant changes to categories need to be created, approved, and/or merged by each of the below:

• EVP of Product Management @sfwgitlab
• VP of Product @adawar
• The Product Director relevant to the stage group(s) @hilaqu
• The Engineering Director relevant to the stage group(s) @whaber
• Director of Product Design @vkarnes
• CEO
