Remove outdated reference + add clarification

Why is this change being made?

This removes an outdated reference to another => example that doesn't exist anymore in the example agenda doc, and it clarifies whether "Martina" or "Andre" is the manager so the reader knows from the get-go and doesn't need to rely on context clues.

I don't think I have permission to assign a DRI so my third checklist answer is a lie.
