Remove nicolasdular as customers-gitlab reviewer

Why is this change being made?

CustomersDot gets no focus anymore from the Activation team and since I don't contribute to customers-gitlab anymore I am missing domain knowledge. Especially with lots of business logic and a different codebase compared to gitlab I can't add much value with my reviews.
