Why is this change being made?

This is a simple add of bear app as a markdown editor and also adding a warning when using HTML and markdown that it might result in undesirable text showing as is instead of formatted and how to avoid this issue as I have seen repeated mistakes through out the handbook of people mixing HTML and markdown incorrectly.
