Update SMB AE handbook page w/ trainings, clarifications

Why is this change being made?

• Updated Chorus details to remove references to being US only (no longer the case)
• Added some recent training sessions to the Previous training sessions section to be up to date
• Added clarification on IACV and how SMB AEs are paid as it was not clear before
