Clarify nice-to-haves in offer justification

Why is this change being made?

I recently added questions required for Engineering but they might be interpreted in a misleading way and lead the hiring manager to not add each nice-to-have to the scorecard section.

I've amended the item to clarify that the items must be added in addition to the question being answered.
