Partner Program Exceptions to Procurement Process

Aleshia Hansen requested to merge a.hansen-master-patch-91700 into master

The Partner Program at GitLab is contracting with multiple professional services agencies to deliver services to our GitLab customers in a rapid manner. To support and enable customer timelines, we are creating a purchasing exception for low-dollar, low-risk engagements with professional services providers who already have a contract with us for engagements less than $10K. This aligns with the marketing exceptions.

Contracts of higher dollar amounts will have their own short and consolidated issue process for functional approval, fp&a, and security only. Legal review will be handled separately through current salesforce process. Procurement will only be copied and not a required approver. This consolidated template will collectively enable security review, tipalti setup for payment, and contractor onboarding.

@daleb04 Do you approve this exception?
