Cleans up cloud providers for the tech stack
Why is this change being made?
- I'm not sure what
AWS (gitlab.io)
was referring to specifically, but it seems like it should be removed - Gitter is no longer maintained by GitLab so I think it can be removed
- AWS isn't used for anything related to production gitlab.com or staging.gitlab.com. I think it makes more sense to have a single entry for AWS
- Digital Ocean is no longer being used for runners.
