Cleans up cloud providers for the tech stack

John Jarvis requested to merge jarv/cleans-up-cloud-providers into master

Why is this change being made?

  • I'm not sure what AWS (gitlab.io) was referring to specifically, but it seems like it should be removed
  • Gitter is no longer maintained by GitLab so I think it can be removed
  • AWS isn't used for anything related to production gitlab.com or staging.gitlab.com. I think it makes more sense to have a single entry for AWS
  • Digital Ocean is no longer being used for runners.
