Update sites/handbook/source/handbook/finance/accounting/index.html.md.erb - requesting entity information for AMEX charges

Why is this change being made? Updating the company credit card/submitting company credit card expenses in the Handbook

This change is being proposed so the proper entity information is provided and the entries can be booked correctly.
