Update EDU and OSS process by removing "Advocate" specific language

Why is this change being made?

Since the Community Advocate Team has been dissolved, there was need to change all specific mentions from Community Advocate to Community Team. This is a first iteration and links to Advocate Handbook pages still exist on this page.
