Update a link to Convention over Configuration section

Why is this change being made?

It seems that the link to the Convention over Configuration section have been broken for some time.

I have made a small investigation into Git History (or blame) and figured out that the commit 1c5f6ab7 made the change, which led me to the !53250 (merged) discussion.

From that MR I've learned that there was a problem updating old links to a new location and it looks like some links haven't been handled yet (hence the proposed change), this is just the one I've found casually browsing handbook.
