Extend regex for URLs extraction to support anchors

Why is this change being made?

To fix team page filter for URLs with anchors.

For example, https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/?department=business-operations#amberlammers currently points to the page without any members of the department. Link to the same page without anchor works - https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/?department=business-operations.
