Why is this change being made?

The Support section of our Sales handbook needed to be updated for accuracy based on this thread: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cFdGQR8bukpweQ2R5B3ShySBd6A4ehWSwuMg8aRFFoU/edit?disco=AAAAKF-AWbM.
