Propose 2020-11-03 as the next Family and Friends Day aligned with US Election Day

Why is this change being made?

Proposing another Family and Friends Day for Friday 2020-11-03 centered around US Election day. Our handbook already says people can take time off to vote (#7 in list), however, we should make this even more explicit and align it with our Family and Friends day to encourage employees to help get their US-based family and friends to the polls to vote or even volunteer as a poll worker.

While US centric, the US Election is a global topic and important we help do our part to ensure employees are voting. Further, this election has been extremely divisive and exhausting for everyone globally, we should recognize that emotions and anxiety will run high and provide extra space for folks.
