remove reference to company call

April Hoffbauer requested to merge remove-reference-company-call-reference-section into master

Why is this change being made?

Looking at the section about giving references to former/current team members it mentioned announcing something on the company call. Since there is no longer a company call I just removed it but I don't know if we want to replace it with other guidance. @cteskey @Vatalidis @gl-peoplepartners any thoughts here?
