Update Discovery benefits section

Why is this change being made?

Add HSA enrollment info link to Discovery benefits, since it's not immediately obvious that a team member has to sign up for a Discovery account in order to manage their HSA funds. Rearrange the existing information. Fix typo- change "on" to "one". Remove trailing whitespace throughout benefits page.
