adjusting feature comparison margins and background

Why is this change being made?

This changes how the feature comparison table is shown in the Decision Kit page, adjusting it's margin to follow the strips, and also adds the light purple background to that page. Also, there was an adjustment done to a css class background name and availability, since it is used throughout all comparison pages.
