Add customer impact considerations to product development flow
Why
During a recent RCA of a customer escalation, it was concluded that the feature being rolled out was not evaluated sufficiently for customer impact during the development process. During the investigation, I was not able to see any mention of customer impact in the Product Development Flow which surprised me.

Reading through the product development flow, I've added explicit mentions of customer impact to call attention to this.

Yes please! I don't imagine I have all the answers nor do I believe I can necessarily evaluate this from all perspectives so I'd definitely appreciate input on these changes.
