Update MVP swag information

Why is this change being made?

This MR:

  • Simplifies the MVP swag share process
  • Moves the MVP swag share process from the merch handbook page to the release day duties page
  • removes notes about personalized swag for MVPs, as it is not a frugal option and is not realistic to create custom swag every month for release day
