Add GitJournal to Ios/Android Apps

GitJournal is an open source markdown editor integrated with Git. About 40% of its users use it with GitLab. People use to store notes, edit documentation and manage their static websites.

I spoke with @dplanella at FOSSDEM and he suggested that GitJournal could qualify to be on the Partners Page.
