Adding audit for HelloSign and moving Code Of Conduct steps to Audits sections

Why is this change being made?

Just adding info around the HelloSign audit that has been established. Sorry I wasn't here to help with this and thank you so much for doing this. Please review and feel free to make changes, there is a good chance I am missing something 🙂

Also just moved the Code of Conduct under Audits section.
