Why is this change being made?

Development Department KPIs Handbook Page

Summary: Update MTTM & RTMT charts to reflect MRs authored by team members in Development Department only. Our goal is to align with how Development Department Member MR Rate is being calculated.

  • Create new charts in Development KPI's dashboard
  • Assess if new targets need to be made once changing the charts to reflect member only
  • Update new charts on handbook page
