Fix heading rendering

Why is this change being made?

Because of leading whitespace, a heading is interpreted as plain text instead of a heading: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/spending-company-money/equipment-examples/#keyboards.

This removes leading whitespace so it will be rendered correctly.
