Update Partners Page for Broadcom entry

Broadcom CA requested to merge Broadcom-CA/www-gitlab-com:Broadcom-partners-page into master

Why is this change being made?

Adding Broadcom's CA Endevor Bridge for Git integration to the partners page to increase awareness for GitLab customers who also use CA Endevor that an integration exists that allows modernization of mainframe coding practices in-place.
