Updates to UI conttribution page

Why is this change being made?

This is a change to the main UI Code Contributions page. This update includes a new video walkthrough and a link to a more detailed step by step guide as suggested by @nudalova

This is also the first iteration towards making this page a hub for all the things related to UI code contributions.
