Why is this change being made?

As part of the UXR OKR, a KR exists that specifies the need to document the Actionable Insight process for PMs, PDs, and Researchers to follow. This page documents the new process.

    • If the DRI for the page/s being updated isn’t immediately clear, then assign it to your manager.
