What does this MR do?

Move azure devops tools images under standard images directory, so they can be handled in a consistent way by CI/build pipelines.

All images are referred to by https://about.gitlab.com/devops-tools/azure_devops/breakdown.html

Also fixes the first image on the page, which was already broken in production.
