WIP Community Career Ladder Updates

Why is this change being made?

We are updating job families in Marketing to ensure that all existing levels within a job family are described. As there are members of the team who are currently employed at the level of 'Junior Community Advocate', 'Senior Community Advocate' and 'Senior Manager, Community Advocate' we need to make sure they are reflected here.

I have made a start but will need your input on additional requirements and responsibilities for these levels @bvanderkolk @dplanella .

We're also working to add career ladder info into job families, and I've added in a section that would indicate the next step for a Senior Manager would be to a Director, Community Relations role. Let me know if you'd like to include any other options for the career ladder section as we can give multiple options - for example. If this is not the correct next step and the next step is not yet defined at Gitlab, we can update the text to stay that instead.

  • If the DRI for the page/s being updated isn’t immediately clear, then assign it to your manager.
  • If your manager does not have merge rights, please ask someone to merge it AFTER it has been approved by your manager in #mr-buddies.
  • If the changes relate to any part of the project other than updates to content and/or data files please make sure to ping @gl-static-site-editor in a comment for a review and merge. For example changes to .gitlab-ci.yml, JavaScript/CSS/Ruby code or the layout files.
