Add inkscape logo to Open Source partners page
Why is this change being made?
Add Inkscape logo to Open Soure partners page after the Inkscape team's confirmation to join the program.
This change adds a color and a monochrome logo. The monochrome logo will not be used until a case study or a blog post for Inkscape is published.

Review app
The "View app" review app button does not point to the URLs for the live review. These are:
- https://add-inkscape-partner.about.gitlab-review.app/customers => should be unchanged, the Inkscape logo should not appear there
- https://add-inkscape-partner.about.gitlab-review.app/solutions/open-source/partners => Inkscape logo should appear on the OSS partners page
