Align Compliance elements in Manage Direction sidebar

Why is this change being made?

On the Product Stage Direction page for Manage, the sidebar links for Compliance and Analytics were out of alignment. This out-dents the Compliance links to bring them into alignment.

Out-denting Compliance seems easier than in-denting Analytics, because then content would be nested quite deeply.

This was motivated by a comment from @dennis during the 2020-07-15 Manage Monthly call. This normalizes some content prior to enhancing it like he suggested.

Author Checklist

  • If the DRI for the page/s being updated isn’t immediately clear, then assign it to your manager.

  • If the changes relate to any part of the project other than updates to content and/or data files please make sure to ping @gl-static-site-editor in a comment for a review and merge. For example changes to .gitlab-ci.yml, JavaScript/CSS/Ruby code or the layout files.
