Add a table of Inclusive slackbots we have

Why is this change being made?

@cbednarz in this issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/people-group/General/-/issues/853#note_372745468, you mentioned it was hard to find a reference to the slackbot list we have, I created a simple table that specifically relate to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Adding all the slackbots to the handbook is not ideal, as this list changes very frequently (and I'm not sure who is responsible for keeping this list updated), it could result in having inaccurate info in the handbook.

If you prefer adding all of them, feel free to iterate and add them (there are instructions in my MR on how to find them in slack 🙂).

Feel free to make any suggestions/ changes to this MR! @pkaldis as the system owner of slack, adding you to this MR as an FYI.
