add new MM calendar agenda description

Why is this change being made?

Sales Leadership is requesting that SDR calendar invites be descriptive and help set expectations for the call. This MR gives example of what to do, what not to do, and provides an easy to use calendar invite that SDRs can copy to make it convenient to do what Sales Leadership is requesting.
