Updated the steps on country conversions.

Why is this change being made?

We have experienced a number of push backs from team members on the contracts staged during country conversions, some have come back with additional changes to be made to the contracts before they are signed. So that we do not have this happening in the future, it would be prudent to share a draft of the approved contract with the team members before staging them.This will definitely save us time and will also ensure that we have consistency with our contracts seeing that in some cases the small changes requested would only be applied to the requestors only

  • If the DRI for the page/s being updated isn’t immediately clear, then assign it to your manager.

  • If the changes relate to any part of the project other than updates to content and/or data files please make sure to ping @gl-static-site-editor in a comment for a review and merge. For example changes to .gitlab-ci.yml, JavaScript/CSS/Ruby code or the layout files.
