Why is this change being made?

To update Support-Ops Zendesk pages i.e. Forms and Triggers to add new form "Gitlab.com (SAAS) Account Related Form" information. Coming from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support/support-ops/support-ops-project/-/issues/130
